Quick answers for Metroid: Zero Mission.
- How do I get past the first green door in Ridley?
- You need Super Missiles. Save, return up the same elevator and enter the larva chamber on the left. Drop through its newly exposed deeper pit, follow the down-left tunnel and climb to Imago. Hit its stinger from behind with missiles, dodge its final rush and collect the Super Missile Tank. Select Supers, hold R and press B to open a green door.
- Does Varia Suit protect against lava in Zero Mission?
- Varia Suit protects against heated air and acid; lava still damages Samus. Use platforms above the orange pools. The later Gravity Suit protects against ordinary lava, but the ruined Tourian chamber’s late liquid hazard remains dangerous.
Before you leave Chozodia for cleanup
Use this checkpoint at the bridge Save Room before entering the final encounter.
- Restore the suit and collect Power Bombs. Save and refill at the bridge Save Room before the final encounter.
- Return to the glass tube joining the ship and ruins. Place a Power Bomb inside it, then drop below.
- Power Bomb the rock wall on the left. Descend past the electrical enemies and save in the bottom-right room.
- Follow the low rooms left to the yellow door into Crateria. Return via that water chamber’s right yellow door when ready to finish.
